Yesterday, an event co-organized by NLandes – the Peruvian-Dutch Chamber of Commerce and the Dutch Embassy for Peru, Ecuador, and Bolivia took place as part of the official launch of Climatech and the opening of the CleantechHUB programs in Peru. The initiative is led by CleantechHUB in collaboration with Emprende UP of the Universidad del Pacífico (PE) with the support of ProInnóvate. This new Climate Innovation Hub in Peru aims to promote green entrepreneurship, strengthen the national climate innovation ecosystem, and connect key stakeholders from the public, private, academic, and financial sectors in the fight against climate change.
Since its creation in 2019, CleantechHUB has been a key platform for scaling disruptive climate solutions in the region, with a presence in Colombia, Central America, and Spain. Peru joins this network as a strategic hub to continue fostering ideas, startups, and scale-ups committed to a more sustainable future. We thank all our guests for their participation.
